As we bid Virginia farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Virginia is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Benefield and Bertha Benefield; her husband Glenn Schearf; and her son Robert Schearf. She is survived by: her son James Schearf (Peggy) of Cape Girardeau; her grandchildren, Robert Schearf (Cassie) of Delta and Veronica Schearf of Delta; and her sisters, Clara Mae Tucker (Bob) and Alice Green (David). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
