It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Truman Barkley Jackson Sr. of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, who passed away on January 27, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude L. Jackson and Edward "Eddie" Kennedy Jackson; and his daughter Tonya Dodd. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Jackson of Cape Girardeau; his sons, Brian Jackson (Rachel) of Flint, Michigan, Wesley Littleton of Cape Girardeau and Klay Jackson (Brandi) of Scott City; his sister Jacqueline Bowles of Liberty; and his stepsons, Jeffrey Golden (Maria) of Millersville and Scott Golden (Wendy) of Millersville. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
