He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Lee Baker, Sr. and Mildred May Mills Baker; and his brother Barry Eugene Baker. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Baker of East Prairie and Debora Smith (Travis) of Dexter, Missouri; and his siblings, Homer Baker, Jr. (Julia) of East Prairie, Brian Hobble of Aberdeen, Edward Eugene Cross of Daytona Beach, Florida, Theresa Ward of Idaho and Mary Linhart of Wyatt, Missouri.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
