He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas L. Meyer and Helen Giroir Meyer; and his sister Janice Marie Meyer. He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Meyer of Cape Girardeau; his children, Thomas N. Meyer (Bethany) of St. Louis, Heather Phillips (Frank) of Wentzville, Jean Boctor of Ballwin, Catherine Meyer and Tara Meyer of Los Angeles; his siblings, Mary Jean McIntyre of Cape Girardeau, Debbie Joyce of Farmington, Beth McFerron (Alan) of Cape Girardeau, Madonna Boyd (Ken) of California and David Meyer of Cape Girardeau; and his grandchildren, Rami Boctor of Hattie Phillips, R. J and Ellis Phillips.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Missouri Veteran's Home of Cape Girardeau and Notre Dame Regional High School.
