He is survived by: his children, Tim Welch of Saint Petersburg, Angie James of Hemphill and Clint Welch of Spokane, Washington; his stepchildren, Jeff Mabrey of Macomb Illinois and Jennifer Reames of Prairieville, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Dylan Welch, Charlton Welch, Atalie James, Kelsie James, Calvin Welch, Reese Welch, Chris Mabrey, Derek Mabrey, Kayla Mabrey, Jackson Mabrey, Elijah Reames and Olivia Reames; and his great grandchildren, Reese Mabrey and Lennon Mabrey.
