It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Jean Ferguson of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, born in Crystal City, Missouri, who passed away on July 25, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Shirley Jean shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Shirley Jean farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Green and Lydia Rose Ahrens Green. She is survived by: her children, Lori Moyers-Ross (Paul Ross) and Scott Ferguson (David Lindsey); and her grandchildren, Zach Moyers, Hannah Smith (Levi), Max Moyers and Expecting. She is also survived by Two Great Grandchildren.
