She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Osborn and Mozuria Osborn (Campbell); and her siblings, Ray Osborn, Dean Osborn and Glenda Hopkins.

She is survived by: her children, Tabitha Cox and Daniel Buck; her grandchildren, Danielle Cox, Haylee Buck and Billy Buck; her great grandchildren, Kaiden Cox and Keshon Cox; her brother Bob Osborn (Linda); and her adoptive daughter Shonda Hemphill.
