She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Seabaugh and Virginia Seabaugh; and her husband Mike Cissell. She is survived by: her mother-in-law LaFern Stiver; her children, Chris Cissell, Tara Marvin and Ben Cissell; her children-in-law, Heather Cissell, Cliff Marvin and Rhondi Cissell; her grandchildren, Mitchell, Trevor, Zach, Sophie, Lincoln, Levi Cissell, Wyatt and Clara Marvin; her great grandchildren, Seamus and Lucy Cissell; her stepsiblings, Skip and Shari Stiver; and her close friend Patty Sauer. She is also survived by child, she had many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
