He is survived by: his children, Mike Reed (Pat) of Jackson, Missouri and Kim Dohogne (Kenny) of Delta, Missouri; his sister Frankie Clippard of Cape Girardeau; and his grandchildren, Stephen Reed (Sarah) of Cape Girardeau, Phillip Reed (Madelyn) of Fruitland, Chris Reed of Kansas City, Jeremey Dohogne (Mallory) of Chaffee, Andrea Ritter (Jim) of Cape Girardeau and Kristan Seabaugh (Allen) of Oran, Missouri. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
