He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cletus Zeno and Stella Stone Essner of Virginia; his wife Linda Essner of Cape Girardeau; his daughter Courtney Hilse (Adam) of Jackson, Missouri; his sister Dorothy Marie DeBrock (Melvin) of Kelso, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Kaelyn and Kyndahl Hilse.
