Robert Eugene Eckelmann Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Eugene Eckelmann of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, who passed away on February 24, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin "Bob" Eckelmann and Harriett Eckelmann. He is survived by: his siblings, Bill Eckelmann (Shireen) of Cape Girardeau, Susan Wessell (Doug) of Jackson and Jane Martin (Sam) of Normal, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Shelly Kaiser, Travis Eckelmann, Amy Harvey, Sammy Martin, Trevor Martin, Emily Watson and Katie Scheper. He is also survived by 14 great nieces and nephews.
