He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe M. Duncan and Georgia Marie Duncan (Dirnberger); and his sister Diane Duncan. He is survived by: his children, Rusty Duncan of Gordonville, Lance Duncan (Maria) of Scott City, Cara Exler (Andy) of Gordonville and Jamie Green (Travis) of Benton; his grandchildren, Tyler Green, Bridget Bailey, Samuel Duncan, Mason Exler, Braden Exler and Michaela Duncan; and his brothers, Ernie Duncan (Mary) of Cape Girardeau and Jimmy Duncan (Marilyn) of New Hamburg. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
