He is survived by: his spouse Gaila Hendrickson; his children, Justin Chad Adams (Tabitha) of Cape Girardeau, Shawn Michael Adams of Cape Girardeau and Maranda Turks of Cape Girardeau; his sister Mary Hengst of Cape Girardeau; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Adams, Damara Adams, Justin Adams Jr. and Zaniyah Turks.
