He is survived by: his mother Edna Jameson McIntire of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; his siblings, Forrest Dewayne Cullum of Scott City, Missouri and Carla Ann Davis of Springfield, Missouri; his nephew Logan Cullum; his niece Heather Cullum; and his cousins, David Green of Dexter, Missouri and Joy Green of Dexter, Missouri. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, extended family, and friends.
