With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Philip Warren (Cape Girardeau, Missouri), born in Williamsville, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Palo L. Warren and Fora Casey Warren; his parents-in-law, Champ and Leona Green; his daughter-in-law Randi Jarvis Warren; his siblings, James Edmond Warren (Mattie), Bernice Ector (Charles), Marie Baker (Roy) and Edith Crook (John); his brothers-in-law, Rex Gorman and John Ziekle; and also, Greg Gorman, Brad Ziekle and Warren Ector.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Green; his children, Grant Warren, Lance Warren (Tammy) and Tara Lutes (Tim); his grandchildren, Matthew Warren (Vanessa), Elisabeth Maier (Sam), Dr. Kyle Warren (Justice Mosier), Jonathon Lutes (Sara Boone), Sydney of Ross, D. N. P and Nathan Lutes; his great grandchildren, Hadley, Everly, Collins, Warren James, Sutton, Thea and Addison; his sisters, Gleta Gorman and Mona Ziekle; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Green (Erma) and William Green (Marian). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Grace United Methodist Church or Grace United Methodist Church Foundation for Champ and Leona Green Scholarship Fund.
