He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dowling and Selma Wynn Dowling; his children, Keith Dowling and Mary Dowling; his daughter-in-law Vickie May Dowling; and his sisters, Mildred Hope and Betty Reineke.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Dowling; his children, Donna York (Mike) and Doug Dowling; and his grandchildren, Amanda Lee (Greg Proffer), Paul York (Allison Hill) and Kayla Bouffard (Mike). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
