It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pamela Kay Rouggly of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, who passed away on February 11, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Robert Farrow. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Allen Farrow; her husband Dennis; her son Robert Steven Hinman (Melissa); her stepsons, Ryan Rouggly (Jennifer) of Jackson and Richie Rouggly of Cape Girardeau; her siblings, Don Farrow (Debbie) of Jackson, Mark Farrow of Jackson and Georgia Ann Farrow of Jackson; and her grandchildren, Kash, Adelynn, Colin Rouggly, Harley, Ethan, Sadie, Amber and Oliver Hinman.
