Mitchell Ray Shelby Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mitchell Ray Shelby of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, born in Sikeston, Missouri, who passed away on September 30, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Shelby and Violet Nelson Shelby; and his brother-in-law John Conn. He is survived by: his wife Karen Shelby of Cape Girardeau; his children, Jodie Ticer (Eric) of Jackson, Missouri and Justin Shelby (Britt) of Houston, Missouri; his siblings, Sherry Phillips (Leland) of New Madrid, Missouri and Terry Shelby (Kay) of Sikeston, Missouri; his sister-in-law Doris Conn of O'Fallon, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Lawson, Landon Ticer, Cannon Monroe, Ford and Forrester Shelby. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
