He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Sr. Campbell and Georgianna Murry Campbell; his former wife Beverly Campbell; his siblings, Hubert Campbell, Hershel Campbell (Lena Mae), Martha Agnes Mabins (Lee), Virginia Eva Hardin, Mable Willhite (Joe), Girlie McCoy and Geraldine Cozart (Bobby); and his grandson Sean Colbe Campbell.
He is survived by: his daughter Sheila K. Campbell of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Edna Summers of Chicago and Samuel Campbell, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
