It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Melba Hamilton of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, born in Saint Charles, Missouri, who passed away on July 23, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Beal Peyton and Annie Winnifred Parrish. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Green (Jason); her grandchildren, Max and Claire; and her sister Carolyn Rose of St. Charles.
She was not fond of technology, but reluctantly learned to Zoom during the pandemic.
