She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul James and Lila Rutledge James; her half-brother Ronnie Lowery; and her stepbrother Don Wayne Lowery. She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Wilson (Jane) and Dave Wilson (Karen) of Cape Girardeau; her grandchildren, David Wilson (Becca), Layne Wilson (Emily), Hannah Yant (Mitch), Luke Wilson, Levi Wilson and Abby Wilson; and her stepsister Doris Ford of Huntsville, Alabama.. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Funeral Home (1001 N Mt Auburn Rd, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to First General Baptist Church, 1812 Cape La Croix Road, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701.
