She was predeceased by: her fathers, Walter "Wally" Ekquist and Taimi "Tye" Tulla Sperry; her husband Robert "Bob" Ray Phillips; her daughter Tammy D. Phillips; her brother Ronald Ekquist; her half-sister Norma Sperry Brodale; and her grandchild Shawn Phillips.
She is survived by: her sons, Roy Phillips of Cape Girardeau and Allen Phillips of St. Louis; her sister Betty Inez Sperry Scheuchl of Florida; her grandchildren, Rachel and Douglas Phillips; and also, Heather, Kimberly Phillips, Ashley, Kelsey, Derek and Dustin Phillips-Franklin. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
