We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2025, at the age of 65, Lloyd Gipson of Cape Girardeau, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Gipson and Eula May Hewlett Gipson. He is survived by: his wife Mara Gipson; his children, Travis Gipson (Julie), Jason Gipson, Addison Miller (Tyler), Jonna Aliman and Rajan Marasini; his sisters, Deborah Brinkley, Brenda Green and Teresa McQueen; and his grandchildren, Zoe Gipson, Riley Gipson, Hailey Gipson, Gavin Gipson and Sutton Miller.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ford & Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel (1001 N Mt Auburn Rd, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Missouri State Veteran Cemetery (17357 Stars and Stripes Way, Bloomfield, MO 63825).
Memorial contributions may be given to American Cancer Society.
