He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Baugher and Elsie Mae Woodard Baugher; his son John Lawrence "Jack" Baugher; and his siblings, Richard Baugher and Beverly June Winans.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne Baugher of Cape Girardeau; his children, Tim Pappas of Jackson, Kerry Lee Baugher Jr. (Jennifer) of Fountain Hills, Michael Darren Stephens (April) of Scott City, Toni Lipe (Russ) of Maryville, Angela Blechle (Rick) of Cape Girardeau and Nichole Fields (Chris) of Millersville; his sister Diana Kelley of Cape Girardeau; and his grandchildren, Ty Matthew, Jacob, Trey, Carson, Blair, Brooke, Brock, Andrew, Rachael, Malorie, Morgan, Makayla and Lilly. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis in honor of Lilly Stephens.
