He was predeceased by: his father George Penn; his daughter Lakeshia; and his brothers, Ezell Armour and Adell Armour. He is survived by: his brothers, Anthony M. Parker of Cape Girardeau, MO, Charles Armour (Dorothy) of Chicago, IL and Clarence Armour of Pheonix, AZ; and his nieces, Kimberly Scott, Natalisha Burrow of Cape Girardeau, MO and Lauren Owens of Cape Girardeau, MO. He is also survived by cousins, many friends.
