He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald H. Johnson and Joyce Ann Aldridge Johnson. He is survived by: his brothers, Joseph A. Johnson of Cape Girardeau and Jason L. Johnson (Mary) of St. Louis, Missouri; his nephew Alexander Johnson (Kelsey); his niece Marissa Johnson; and his great-niece Elyse Johnson.
