He was predeceased by: his grandmother Gladys; and his brother Wyatt Perry. He is survived by: his parents, Cindy Watson and John Perry Sr.; his stepparents, Bruce Watson and Dee Perry; his children, Madison and Gavin; his siblings, Laurie Ray (Rob), Brooke Watson (Galen Yeargain) and Drew Perry (Tara Miller); and his nieces and nephews, Fletcher, Chase, Cash, Kate and Ashlynn. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
