He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernestine Burton and Fred D. Muse; his wife Shirley Nunley; and his brother Cecil Nunley. He is survived by: his children, Alice Nunley of Cape Girardeau, Jessica Harris of Cape Girardeau, Malissa Thompson (Charles) of Colombia, Missouri, Joe Nunley Jr. (Tamera), Marvin Nunley (LaToya) of Cape Girardeau, Shawn Nunley (LaWanda) of St. Louis and Jared Harris (Maida) of Nashville, Tennessee; and his siblings, Anthony Ray Nunley of Cape Girardeau, Tommy Nunley of Cape Girardeau, Ricky Nunley of Cape Girardeau, Jackie Nunley of Cape Girardeau and Linda Faye of Jackson, Tennessee.. He is also survived by his 26 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren; and an abundant number of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
