She was predeceased by: her parents, Hale Manuel and Hazel Manuel; and her sister Janice Manuel Stewart (Bob Weeks). She is survived by: her spouse G. R. (Bob); her children, Melissa Weeks Weaver (John) of Marietta, Rob Weeks of McClure and Drew Weeks (Shelby) of Marietta; and her grandchildren, Haley Weaver, Colton Weeks and Llewellyn Weeks Berg.
Joan was a devoted volunteer and fundraiser for the Cape Senior Center, and the family requests donations to the Senior Center in Joan's memory in lieu of flowers.
