As Jeremiah departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jeremiah may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jeremiah leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Jamieson and Sylvia Davis Jamieson; his wife Diane Thompson; his children, Mackinzie "Mac" Jamieson of Cape Girardeau, Peter Bohenek of Foothill Ranch, California and Deana Bohenek of Albrightsville, Pennsylvania; and his brother William "Bill" Jamieson of Burfordville. He was also cherished by six grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First General Baptist (1812 Cape La Croix Rd, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM.
