James F. Welter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James F. Welter of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, who passed away on October 10, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Zeno Welter and Alma Glaus Welter. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Gerard Welter (Laurie) of Cape Girardeau and Sheila Ann Ortega (Vic) of Springfield, Missouri; his sisters, Marian Holder and Lillian Angle (Larry) of Scott City; his grandchildren, Emily A. Rone (Ian) of Germantown, Nicole M. Wiegers (Nick) of Edmond, Kaitlin M. Heuring (Tyler) of New Hamburg and Alexis A. Welter of Cape Girardeau; and his great grandchild Graham Wiegers.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
