She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward August and Anita Brune Polack; and her siblings, Edward A. Polack, Robert Jean Polack, Marie Harshaw and Ruth M. McCain.
She is survived by: her nephews, William Harshaw (Carol) of St. Louis, Robert Polack Jr. (Joy) of Cape Girardeau and John Edward Polack of Cape Girardeau; her great-nephew John August Polack of Chicago, Illinois; her great-nieces, Elizabeth Yung (David) of Concord and Heather Harshaw of St. Louis, Missouri; and also Sabine Yung of Concord.
