It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel S Yount of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on February 27, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Stowe and Sophia Mehringer Stowe; her husband Homer Yount; and her siblings, Charles, Richard, Edwin, George Stowe, Mildred Gregory and Irene Kulling.
She is survived by: her son Brett Yount (Angelia); her grandchildren, Paige Yount and Benjamin Yount (Annie Henning) of Cape Girardeau; her great grandchild Leigha Yount; and her brothers, Lloyd Stowe (Anita) of Traverse City, James Stowe (Gloria) of Traverse City and Raymond Stowe of Phoenix, Arizona..
