He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Bollinger and Sadie Mae O'Bannon; his son Ron G Bollinger; his grandson Jay W. Green; his former wife Norma Bollinger; and his pet Sammy.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie; his children, Jim H Bollinger (Jean) of Cape Girardeau, Sandy K Haman (Alan) of Cape Girardeau, MO and Debra Green; his grandchildren, Brandy Thomas (Jarrod), Courtney Bourbon (Jeff), Ray Green (Tana), Jackson Bollinger (Martha), Brittany Limbaugh (Todd), Gunnar Bollinger and Remi Bollinger; and his great grandchildren, Madison Stinnett, Katie Stinnett, Kelsie Daniel, Tylan Thomas, Nate Thomas, Kendall Bourbon, Kamryn Bourbon, Olive Bollinger, Perry Bollinger, Rhett Limbaugh, Leo Limbaugh, Skyler Conner, Ryder Conner, Colton Conner, Ari Daniel, Anayiah Daniel, Kingsley Stinnett, Kainan Stinnett and Kashden Stinnett.
