He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Alice Chapman Kinder. He is survived by: his father Gerald C. Kinder; his stepmother Pearl Kinder of Chaffee; his brother Mark Allen Kinder; his stepsiblings, Wayne Kinder (Joy) and Patricia Kinder; and his niece Nicohl Hubbard. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
