He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Beasley and Norma Jean Reynolds; his sons, Todd Beasley and David Beasley; and his brother Ray Beasley.

He is survived by: his girlfriend Patricia Lunsford; his son Jeff Beasley; his siblings, Mary Joe Beasley and Ronny Beasley; and his nephew Greg Bertles. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
