He is survived by: his wife Linda Ward of Cape Girardeau; his sister Kaye; his brother-in-law Larry Richardson; his nephews, Adam Richardson and Cullen Richardson; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sawyer, Aubrey, Isla, Gisele and Ivo Richardson; and also, Barbara Gilliam (Terry), Jerry Thurston (Debbie), Darrell Thurston (Linda), Benny Thurston (Phyllis) and Bonnie Willis.
