He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert England and Carmeline Pratt England. He is survived by: his wife Barbara of Cape Girardeau; his stepson Kenneth Wayde Howell (Raema) of O'Fallon; his sisters, Sandra Holmes of Cape Girardeau and Beverly Clanin of Poplar Bluff; his niece Tessa Buckelew (Andrew) of Poplar Bluff; his nephews, John Terrill of Arkansas and Mike Terrill of Arkansas; his brother Wayne Morgan of Cape Girardeau; and his stepdaughters, Sherri Uren of Jackson, Michelle Clark, Jessica Miller (Jeremy), Katlyn Schippers (Jamin), Elija Phoenix and Zoey Howell. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren and a great-nephew.
