It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Freeman D. Hudgins of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, born in Harrisburg, Illinois, who passed away on April 8, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman J Hudgins and Evaline Carrier Hudgins; his former wife Irene Hudgins; and his sister JoAnn Hyde. He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Howell (Gary), Connie Baker (Mike) and Evelyn Schroeder (Brian); his stepdaughters, Kim Pfieffer (Gerald) and Lori Olson (Jason); and his sister-in-law Dorothy Statler. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
