Earlene Ruth Eakens Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Earlene Ruth Eakens in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, born in Jefferson City, Missouri, who passed away on October 10, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Robinson and Betty Sallin Robinson; her husband Ronald Lee Eakens; her sons, Ronald Lee Eakens, Jr. and Randy Eakens; her grandson Zack Steele Eakens; and her sister Paulette Marriott.

She is survived by: her son Robert Eakens of Risco; her brother Robert Robinson of Risco; her grandchildren, Lita Eakens of Risco, Brittany Britton of Risco, Emily Lara of Malden and Shawn Eakens of Risco; and her great grandchildren, Liam, Giovanna, Meadow and Lazarus. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

The family suggests memorials be made to St Jude's Children Research Hospital.
