She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Frazier and Nora Woodord Frazier. She is survived by: her caregiver Saint Louis; her children, Michael H. Shaffar (Linda) of Cape Girardeau, Robert Shaffar (Judy) of St. Claire, Missouri and Janean Shaffar of St. Louis, Missouri; and her sister Dorris Jackson of Springfield, Missouri. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
