He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Lacy of Jackson and Janet Kindle of Cape Girardeau; his wife Joyce Schultz of Chaffee; and his siblings, Jeffery Lacy of O'Fallon, Jason Lacy of Miland, Don Pitts of Gordonville, Missouri, Crystal Lacy-Sides of Cape Girardeau and Sandy Prichard of Jackson, Missouri. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
