He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his daughters, Robin Kurtz of Ozark, Rebecca Kurtz of Newport Richie, Jenine Kurtz-Conway of Branson and Jessica Mozo (Manuel) of Nashville, Tennessee; his siblings, Jim Kurtz (Karen) of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa and Mary Powers (Frank) of Fort Madison, Iowa; and his grandchildren, Justin McNaughton, Blake Kolwyck, Colsen Conway, Javen Conway, Shayla Conway, Bryce Mozo, Brett Mozo and Brielle Mozo.
