He is survived by: his wife Betty Coomer of Cape Girardeau, MO; his children, Betty Cox of Ankeny, IA, Doris Cordevant of St. Louis, MO, Christina Miles of Jackson, MO, Ryan Coomer of Springfield, MO, Daiana Coomer of Cape Girardeau, MO, Jessica Coomer of Cape Girardeau, MO, Mitchell Coomer of Cape Girardeau, MO, Adam Coomer of Wakita, OK, Alec Coomer of Cape Girardeau, MO and Sonja Carter of Dayton, OH.; and his pet Lokey. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, a brother, sister, nephews.
