He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles P. McGinty and Martha Lou Foster McGinty. He is survived by: his wife Laura A. McGinty; his sons, Charles P. McGinty III (Jessica) and Samuel L. McGinty (Katie); his siblings, Rebecca Mocherman (Roger), Jane Courter, Dr. Frank H. McGinty (Bipi) and Margaret Yates (Ted); and his grandchildren, Warren, Norah McGinty, Bijou, Faith and Grace McGinty. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
