She was predeceased by: her parents, James N. Harber and Sharon M. Harber (Ross); her former husband Franklin Childs; her grandparents, Elmer, Margie Ross, Jacob and Mamie Harber; and her brothers, Jimmy Harber and Larry Harber.

She is survived by: her husband Jerald Long. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

“While I may have only known Carolyn though Jerald, I know Carolyn was a wonderful caring person with a huge heart and a kind soul.
