It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Stephens of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, who passed away on November 17, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Livingston and Jueldeen Livingston (Palmer); her son Randy Lee Stephens; and her siblings, Harold Livingston, Carolyn Wright and Joyce Livingston.
She is survived by: her children, Floyd Stephens (Pamela) of Perryville, Missouri, Cyndi Campbell of Cape Girardeau, Jacqueline Raines (Robert) of Scott City and Sara Powers (Tom) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; and her sister Sharon Swinford of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
