It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty R. Schweppe of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, who passed away on March 22, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Bowman and Bertha Bowman; her husband Frank Schweppe; her daughter Wanda Craig; and her brother Richard "Buck" Bowman.

She is survived by: her son Frank Schweppe (Toni); her son-in-law Ralph Craig Sr.; her grandchildren, Ralph Craig Jr. (Rachel), David Craig, Travis Bowman (Bethany) and Daisy Patrick (Jeremy); and her brother Harold Bowman (Alice). She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
