Betty Boyers Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Boyers of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, who passed away on September 12, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbert Floyd and Lydia Otilda Sides (Funke); and her siblings, Wilbert Sides, Jr., Don E. Sides, Herbert C. Sides and Lucille H. White.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Ellis (Todd) of Jackson, MO and Lisa Dahmer (Steve) of Rifle, CO; and her siblings, Earl L. Sides of Jackson, MO, Paul L. Sides (Linda) of Jackson, MO, Irene Crites of Germantown, TN, Irma J. Pearce of Norris City, IL and Dorothy Gurley of Cape Girardeau, MO. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in her memory to St. Jude Hospital (https://www.stjude.org), her favorite charity to which she donated monthly.
