She was predeceased by: her husband Leon Parker Ainsworth; her mother Edna Ida Schwab Siemers; her siblings, Helen Siemers, Harry, Art and Earl Siemers; her son Lynn Paul Ainsworth; and her granddaughter Monica Lynn Ainsworth Popp.
She is survived by: her son David Leon Ainsworth (Teresa) of Honeoye Falls; her daughter-in-law Charlotte Ainsworth of Grapevine, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Lee Ann Brugger (Randy) of Cape Girardeau, Aspen Ainsworth-Rubin (Dan) of Rochester and Austin Ainsworth of Rochester; her grandson-in-law Roger Popp of Jackson, Missouri; her stepgrandson Todd Stitt (Denice) of Grapevine, Arkansas; her great grandchildren, Staci Schmucker (Ricky) of Benton, Ryan Brugger (Morgan) of Gordonville Missouri and Penelope Hazel Rubin; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Taylor Stitt (Ashley Clark) of Sheridan and Drew Stitt of Grapevine, Arkansas; and her great great grandchildren, August, Vincent Brugger, Evi Shoultz and Delta Stitt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
